Here at OzContacts, our goal is to get replacement contact lenses in your hands (and eyes!) quicker than you can blink an eye!


Did you say free shipping?

Order your Contact Lenses by 31st December 2017 and you’ll get Free Standard Shipping with no minimum spend!


Only ordering a small quantity?

From now until 31 December 2017 you’ll get Free Standard Shipping, regardless of your order total! If your order is under $99, you can upgrade to Express Shipping for just $9.99. And if your order is over $99, you can upgrade to Express Shipping for just $3.99.


How quickly will I receive my order after placing it?

Most orders placed ship on the same day or the next business day, and we ship exclusively through Australia Post, which has the most extensive delivery network in the country.

If you have selected Express eParcel shipping, you can expect to receive your contact lens order within 3-4 business days of placing your order. If you have selected Standard eParcel shipping, then you can expect to receive your lenses in the mail within 5-7 business days (although usually much sooner if you are in a Metro area).

It's also important to note that we ship 100% of our product from our Australian distribution centre, so you don't have to worry about any delays in your order clearing customs from overseas. And we will always keep you informed if there is ever any issue with your order which might affect these times.


What type of addresses do you ship to?

We ship via Australia Post's eParcel service to:

  • Residential address 
  • Business addresses 
  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Collect/Parcel Lockers

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a notification email with your Australia Post tracking/consignment number as soon as your order has shipped and Australia Post has made the first scan into their system. You can then track your contact lenses on their way to you via Australia Post's Track Your Item page.


What if I’m not available to receive my order?

No problem! At the checkout, you have the option to select to leave your package in a safe place out of the weather or to have your item redirected to the Post Office for collection. If nobody is home and you have selected to have the item Redirected to the Post Office, the Australia Post delivery driver will leave a collection card in your mailbox which you can present at the post office to collect your package.

Alternatively, you may like to sign up for a free 24/7 Parcel Locker address via Australia Post's online MyPost portal. Once you sign up, you will be provided with a Parcel Locker number and address at a location nearest to you where you can collect your delivery at a time most convenient for you, without having to wait in line to collect your package.


Do you ship outside Australia?

Unfortunately we only ship to Australian addresses.
